Research Activities

The Scientific Research Centre in the Faculty carries out numerous research projects. The main interests are in the field of macroeconomics, socioeconomic relations, finances and banking, marketing, management, organization of enterprises and corporate entities, accounting, planning, informatics, quantitative research, the market, applied economics etc.

Conferences and forums

The Faculty organizes and co-organizes scientific conferences and forums. By encouraging debates and participating in dialogues on actual, socioeconomic and political topics, the Faculty in collaboration with many Universities from Macedonia and abroad affirms and develops the economic thought in the country.

Cooperation with other Universities and Faculties

The Faculty of Economics-Prilep has established close cooperation with several Universities and Faculties in the country and abroad, such as the Arizona State University and the Florida State University (USA), the Universities in Sofia and Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria), the University of Macedonia in Thessalonica (Greece), the University of Sophia Antipolice Nice (France), as well as other universities from Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro etc.

Publishing

One part of the research and educational work is published in monographs or periodicals and thus they are presented to the public. Such publication is the faculty’s Yearbook, published for over 15 years.
